Can I reuse the video for my marketing content?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no usage restrictions. You leave with the full file, free to use as you wish: replay on your website, clips for your social media, snippets for your newsletters, post-event editing. On request, I can also deliver the camera-by-camera raw footage (useful for polished post-event editing) or short vertical clips for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

Do you work with our brand guidelines?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every time. Logo, colours, fonts, speaker name banners, slides, transitions: everything is built into your brand guidelines before going live. If you have an agency producing your video graphics, I work directly from their files. If you don't have any yet, I can design simple graphics from your logo and brand guidelines.

What happens if the internet connection drops mid-live?

Continuity is built into the standard setup. I always work with two redundant internet links: if one weakens, the second takes over with no visible interruption for your viewers. For high-stakes events, I add a third link (5G from another carrier or satellite). The setup is sized according to how critical your broadcast is, not according to the price.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 2 to 4 weeks before the event to prepare the technical side calmly. But I can also step in at very short notice. I'm operational within 24 hours.

Do you travel across France and Europe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work in Paris, across France and across Europe. I have led the technical direction of several events in the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany.

Question 6

What's the difference between Full HD and 4K?

Accepted Answer

Full HD (1080p) is the standard professional quality, perfect for live broadcast or archive. 4K offers four times the resolution, ideal if you plan to reuse the raw footage for post-event production. Both options are available on request.

Question 7

The venue's network isn't reliable. Is that a problem?

Accepted Answer

No. I have several 5G routers that create a dedicated network independent of the venue's WiFi or local network. Your broadcast is secured even in the most isolated locations.

Can you broadcast on several platforms simultaneously?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I handle simultaneous broadcasting on YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, or a private server. There is no limit on the number of platforms.

When do I receive the video file?

The full video file is handed over as soon as the event ends, via a secure download link.

Do you work with event agencies or production companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, regularly. I work as an integrated technical provider for many audiovisual agencies such as Brainsonic, Peech Studio, 87 Seconds, GL Events, NEXTON Consulting, Livee, Ekoss, Plissken or Havas Event. Directly on their productions, white-label. Pricing adapted for recurring partners.

How much does a corporate event video shoot cost?

My services start at €1,500 (excl. VAT) for a half-day 3-camera 4K shoot in Paris, and can reach €5,000 (excl. VAT) for extended setups including live streaming, lighting kit and sound. The final price depends on duration and options (live streaming, sound, day-before setup, additional camera, raw 4K files, etc.). When do we receive the final video after the event?

Accepted Answer

The final video is delivered as soon as the event ends, via a secure download link. Editing happens live on the production gallery: there's no post-production wait. For multi-day events, delivery happens each evening. As an option, edited graphics post-event are available within 48 hours.

What's the difference between a webcast, a webinar and live streaming?

Accepted Answer

A webinar is typically a fully online event with a laptop webcam and screen sharing (Zoom, Teams). A professional webcast or live streaming involves real multi-camera filming, a dedicated video control room, and broadcast-quality output. Nomacast operates on premium webcasts: multi-cam 4K, live event audio, on-the-fly mixing, simultaneous distribution to multiple platforms.
