Ideally 2 to 4 weeks to prepare the technical side properly. For urgent requests, I can step in within 24 hours if my schedule allows. Call me directly for urgent requests.
I bring my own dedicated 5G router, independent from the venue's WiFi. For high-stakes events, I add a third link (5G from another operator or satellite). Continuity is part of the standard setup.
