Pricing & quotes

How much does B2B event video filming cost?
My services start at €1,500 HT for a half-day 3-camera 4K shoot in Paris, and can reach €5,000 HT for extended setups with live streaming, light pack and audio. The final price depends on duration, number of cameras and options. Get a quote in 30 seconds →
What's included in the base price?
The €1,500 HT starting price includes: 3 4K cameras, professional lighting, video control room with live direction, audio feed from venue's console, and the final video delivered as soon as the event ends. In Paris: free travel. Province and international: per quote.
Is travel included in the price?
In Paris: yes, free travel. For province and international, travel costs (transport, accommodation if needed, meals) are integrated into the custom quote.
Does 4K impact the price?
No hardware surcharge: my cameras are natively 4K. The optional surcharge (~20%) covers heavier storage and workflow (encoding, archiving, delivery). To discuss in the quote based on your intended use.
Is the quote really no-commitment?
Yes, completely. Describe your project, I'll send a custom quote within 24h. No commitment, no deposit until you've validated. You compare freely with other providers.
What's your pricing for partner agencies?
Agency margin of 15 to 30% on every quote. Partner pricing from your first event, no threshold, no minimum volume. Systematic white-label, NDA possible. More info on the Agencies page →

Lead times & booking

How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 2 to 4 weeks before the event for a standard shoot (conference, interview). For a live show or multi-site multiplex, plan 3 to 6 weeks since preparation is more demanding.
What are your turnaround times for urgent requests?
24 to 48h same-day is possible if the date is available. It has happened several times for agencies on last-minute replacements. Don't hesitate to call directly at +33 6 60 54 17 32.
How long does on-site setup take?
About 2h for the standard 3-camera 4K setup. For a corporate live show with set, allow 4h. For a multi-site multiplex, simultaneous setup on all sites before the event.

Coverage area

Do you travel throughout France and Europe?
Yes. I work in Paris, across France, and everywhere in Europe. I've led technical direction for several events in Berlin, Brussels, Geneva, Milan, Madrid and London. Travel costs are integrated into the quote.

Internet connection & continuity

What happens if the internet connection drops during the live?
Continuity is part of the standard setup. I always work with two internet links in parallel: the venue's fiber + a dedicated 5G router. In case of failure on one link, the switch is automatic and invisible to viewers.
The venue's network is unreliable. Is that a problem?
No. I have several 5G routers that create a dedicated network independent from WiFi or local network. If 5G is unavailable (basement, dead zone), a satellite link can be set up on request.
Can you live stream from a location without fixed connection?
Yes. 5G router + dedicated broadcast SIM = standalone solution. For 5G-less zones, Starlink-type satellite link possible (to plan in the quote).

Broadcasting & platforms

Can you broadcast on multiple platforms simultaneously?
Yes. I handle simultaneous broadcasting on YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Vimeo, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram Live, Zoom, Teams or private server. Adaptive multi-bitrate, each platform receives the optimal stream for its audience.
Is there a delay between different platforms?
Very small: 2 to 5 seconds depending on platforms (YouTube tends to be a bit slower than LinkedIn for example). Not noticeable for your viewers.
How do you configure broadcasting rights on LinkedIn Live?
LinkedIn Live requires prior verification of your company page. I handle RTMP/SRT configuration and technical compliance. You just provide the access.
Can you record simultaneously during a multi-platform live?
Yes. Local recording during the live, delivered the same day. So you have both the live broadcast AND the archived master file.
Which platform do you recommend for a B2B event?
LinkedIn Live for visibility with decision-makers, YouTube for reach and durable archiving, Zoom/Teams for internal events with interactivity. For an optimal mix: simultaneous multi-platform.

4K / Full HD quality

What's the difference between Full HD and 4K?
Full HD (1080p) = standard professional quality, perfect for live broadcasting and 95% of uses. 4K (2160p) = 4× more pixels, interesting for high-stakes corporate films, durable archiving, post-production reframing, or large-screen projections.
Is 4K essential for a professional result?
No. Full HD is largely sufficient for a live event. 4K makes a difference for: premium corporate films, long-term archiving, multiple post-production reframings, large screen projections. To discuss based on your intended use.
Can you broadcast in 4K live on YouTube?
Yes, YouTube accepts 4K live. But it consumes a lot of bandwidth (~30 Mbps upload) and only 5-10% of viewers benefit (most watch in 1080p or less). To evaluate based on your target audience.

Branding & hybrid

Do you work with our brand identity?
Yes, systematically. Logos, colors, fonts, speaker name banners, slides, transitions, intros: everything is aligned with your brand. You send me your brand kit, I integrate it into the setup and live graphics.
Can you integrate our PowerPoint or Keynote slides live?
Yes. Your slides (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF, Google Slides) are integrated directly into the video stream live, with their animations. You advance the slides from your computer, I handle switching from the control room.
Do you provide graphic branding for a live show?
For a corporate live show, I offer complete animated graphic branding: opening titles, animated titles, dynamic lower-thirds (names/titles), transitions, interstitials, picture-in-picture remote speakers, branded background. D-1 preparation.
Can you integrate remote speakers (Zoom/Teams)?
Yes. NDI or HDMI capture integration of remote participants from Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Whereby. Full-screen display or inset on the set. Slido/Mentimeter for audience questions.

Delivery & files

When do I receive the video file?
As the event ends, the same day. Secure download link sent by email. Full HD or 4K on request. Ready to archive, edit or rebroadcast.
Can I get raw rushes in addition to the edited file?
Yes, on request. Raw 4K files from each camera individually, plus the final control room mix. Useful if you want polished post-production editing (optional, to specify in the quote).
How long are files kept?
Minimum 30 days on my secure server. I can extend to 90 days on request. Beyond that, I recommend you archive on your own storage.
Can I reuse the video for my marketing content?
Yes, with no usage restriction. You leave with the complete file, freely exploitable: replay on your site, excerpts for social media, capsules for your newsletters, post-event editing. No residual copyright.
Do you deliver short clips for social media?
On request, yes. Short clips in vertical format (9:16) for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, plus square format (1:1). To specify in the quote (typically 5 to 10 short clips included as an option).

Formats & positioning

What types of events do you film?
Any type of professional event with live broadcast: conferences, seminars, keynotes, hybrid AGM, product launches, roundtables, interviews, masterclasses, corporate talk shows, multi-site multiplex. Always B2B.
What's the difference between webcast, webinar and live streaming?
Webinar = fully online event, usually with laptop webcam and screen sharing (Zoom-style). Webcast = professional broadcast streaming of a physical event live on the web. Live streaming = generic term covering both. In B2B usage, all 3 are often used interchangeably, but my specialty is the webcast (TV broadcast quality).
What's the difference between filming and reportage?
Filming = recording an event "as is" from the control room, with live direction (multi-camera, live audio, integrated slides). Reportage = editorial post-production work with interviews, b-rolls, voice-over. I do broadcast filming, not reportage.
How does AGM filming work?
AGM = particular format (long, static, votes, remote speakers). I offer a specific setup: 2-3 fixed cameras + mobile camera in the room, integration of projected slides, electronic vote capture if needed, hybrid with remote shareholders via video.
Can you film without live streaming?
Yes, totally. Pure filming for archiving and replay = same setup, but without live broadcast. File delivered same day as usual. Similar price (sometimes slightly cheaper since no 5G router needed).
How many sites can you connect simultaneously in multiplex?
Up to 8 simultaneous sites. Multi-control-room architecture with vMix synchronized via broadcast-grade SRT/RIST. Beyond that, we enter very heavy setups that go beyond the scope of my standard services.
What's the maximum duration for a live show?
No technical limit. I've covered live shows of 4 consecutive days (GL Events case study). For long durations, we plan team relays and reinforced redundancies.
Which setup should I choose for my event?
Classic conference/seminar → Conference & seminar. Hybrid AGM or high-stakes launch → Corporate live show. Multiple simultaneous sites → Multi-site live streaming. Interview/roundtable → Interview & roundtable. Broadcasting on multiple channels in parallel → Multi-platform streaming (optional on everything). I can also guide you on request.
Are you an audiovisual agency?
No. Nomacast is a lean structure specialized in event live streaming. Rather than an agency with multiple hierarchical levels (project manager, coordinator, technician), you have a single point of contact (Jérôme) who handles everything: pre-sales, site visits, technical setup, filming, delivery. It's faster, more direct, and the price reflects this (no agency layer to pay).
Do you work with event agencies?
Yes, regularly. I work as an integrated technical provider for many audiovisual and event agencies (white-label, NDA possible, partner margins). See the Agencies page →

Interactive tools

What types of events is this suited for?
Any live broadcast with an identifiable audience: conferences, keynotes, seminars, general meetings, conventions, webinars, panel discussions. The solution integrates particularly well with existing Nomacast setups (multi-camera 4K production, corporate live shows, multi-site multiplex).
How does the setup before the event work?
Three simple steps: (1) configuration on this page, custom quote within 24 hours with a unique configuration ID; (2) upon quote approval, you provide the participant list as a CSV and your finalized branding guidelines; (3) invitations are sent by email 5 to 7 days before the event. No software installation required on the participant side.
How do my participants access the tools?
Each participant receives via email a secure named access link that authenticates them automatically in one click, with no account creation or password to remember. You provide an invitee list as a CSV (email, name, company) and invitations are sent before the event. A login + password access mode is also available if your context requires it.
Why also offer a login-based access?
The named access link covers the vast majority of one-off event needs. User login access is relevant in three cases: recurring event with the same participants, integration with your corporate directory, or requirement for an event password. Specify your need in your quote request so we can study the most suitable configuration.
Can the tools be embedded directly on our website?
Yes. You receive a ready-to-use iframe embed code for any web page (corporate site, intranet, event landing page). The interface automatically adapts to the available width, on both desktop and mobile.
Can I request a tool that's not on the list?
Yes. The list of 11 interactive tools covers most use cases, but we study any specific request case by case: weighted quiz, multi-round voting, segmentation by participant profile, CRM or directory integration, custom forms, exports to your internal tools… Describe your need in the contact form or directly in the configurator, and we'll get back to you within 24h with a technical scope and pricing estimate.
Who moderates messages during the event?
Moderation is handled by your team via a dedicated interface accessible through a separate link. You can validate questions before publication (Q&A mode), delete messages, ban a participant, pin an announcement. In parallel, automatic moderation filters unwanted content (banned words, anti-flood, anti-spam URLs).
When do the tools become available?
The tools open 15 minutes before the start of the event and automatically close 5 minutes after the broadcast. Before opening, a waiting page with a countdown is displayed for already-connected participants.
What happens to the exchange content after the event?
At the end of the event, you receive a complete analytics report: average watchtime, connection curve over time, engagement per tool used (Q&A, polls, quiz, suggestion box…), top interaction moments. The full exchange logs are also exported as CSV. Data is kept for 90 days then automatically deleted (GDPR compliance). Video replay with synchronized tools is not included by default but can be added on request.
Can this service be used without Nomacast filming?
The interactive tools are designed as a complement to the Nomacast filming and live streaming service. It's technically possible to offer them on their own, on a broadcast delivered by another provider, but this requires a specific technical scoping. Contact me directly to study this case.
What's the latency between the video and the interactive tools?
The video broadcast has a latency of 3 to 8 seconds depending on network conditions. The tools are instant. This gap, standard on this type of broadcast, is imperceptible in the vast majority of professional event contexts. For events requiring strict real-time (sub-second), a premium solution is available on quote.
Where is the data stored and how is it protected?
All data is hosted in Europe on Cloudflare infrastructure, under GDPR jurisdiction. Communications are encrypted with TLS 1.3. IP addresses are never stored in plain text, only as HMAC cryptographic hashes. Sessions are protected by HttpOnly, SameSite and Secure cookies. No third-party ad tracking, no data resale. The database is automatically replicated for high availability.
Can I have my data deleted after the event?
Yes, in line with the right to be forgotten (GDPR Article 17). Default retention is 90 days, configurable from 30 to 365 days to match your internal policy. After that, a daily automatic purge runs. Manual early deletion on request is available at any time, whether for an individual participant or the entire event. Deleting an event cascades the removal of all participants, messages, responses and related analytics.
Does the platform meet IT and procurement requirements?
Yes for most B2B contexts. Full authentication audit log (90 days), multi-layer protections (CSP, CSRF, rate limit, anti-bot), automated content moderation, CSV exports of all data, documented GDPR compliance. A detailed security sheet is available on request for procurement processes. For highly regulated sectors (pharma, defence, public sector), sectoral compliance options are available: dedicated DPO mention, custom retention, replay watermarking.
