Information collected via the contact form (name, company, email, phone) and the interactive tools deployed during events (email, name, exchanges, presence analytics) is intended solely for Nomacast and the organising client to handle the quote request and deliver the contracted event service. It is not shared with third parties.
Two distinct policies depending on the context:
· Marketing site privacy policy — quotes, contact form, browsing nomacast.fr
· Live event platform privacy policy — participants in events broadcast via the Nomacast platform (processor role)
All operational data is hosted in the European Union on Cloudflare infrastructure. The event database (Cloudflare D1 nomacast-ue) is under European Union jurisdiction contractually guaranteed by Cloudflare, hosted within Cloudflare's European zone with contractual processing by Cloudflare Ireland Ltd. Video files (Cloudflare R2 and Cloudflare Stream) are stored in European regions. Communications are encrypted with TLS 1.3, IP addresses are stored only as HMAC cryptographic hashes.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights on your personal data: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten, GDPR Article 17), processing restriction, portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
